Our vision, at GLAM SQUAD, is to develop a learning environment where young ladies find their collective strength with others; discover their true individual inner voices; bring a spark of creativity in their chosen fields of interest, and become shining stars in their entrepreneurial and future endeavors.
Mission
Girls Leadership and Mentorship (G.L.A.M.) SQUAD strives to encourage and empower young ladies by creating opportunities for them to explore and celebrate their collective and individual strengths. Together, they will engage in collaborative learning experiences designed to promote self-identity, self-discovery, and self-love through rich discussions, project-based activities, and community service projects. Through these learning experiences, along with the support of our mentors, GLAMS will become confident, creative, and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
